Our client is looking to recruit for an IT Support Technician opportunity to join their growing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support to ensure high availability and attainment of service levels
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating accordingly
- Liaise with other sections within the Technology Department in order to carry out the support function
- Monitor client services and maintain a close contact with the NOC team to ensure a proactive approach
- Liaise with Customer Care personnel to ensure timely and effective resolution of customers’ queries
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
- Undergo staff training as required by the company
Education and Experience
- Advanced Diploma in IT
- Experience in a similar role would be preferred
- Knowledge of networking technologies
- Prior exposure to a ticketing system is a plus

This role is SHIFT-BASED on a Day, Night, Rest, Off shift basis.
