IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Providing internal 1st level support according to the staff's needs.
• Reporting technical issues and the related solutions for future requirements.
• Making sure that all duties are being carried out accordingly to the the procedures, guidelines and within agreed service levels stablished by the IT Department.
• Providing assistance in troubleshooting, installing and maintaining IT systems, equipment and network devices in accordance with the current policies and procedures, as required.
• Using JIRA service desk in order to manage service requests and incidents, escalating when necessary.
• Maintaining and supporting the company's laptops, printers, desktops, desk phones, copiers, mobile devices and any other equipment in the IT's inventory.
• Keeping documentation and inventories up to date.
• Identifying potential system improvements and changes.
• Providing training to internal users according to the teams' needs.
• Executing any other duties as requested by the company.
