IT Support Officer

A reputable company within the retail industry is currently looking for an IT Support Officer to join their growing team. You will report directly to the Group IT Manager. You will be mainly responsible to:

• Assist in the day-to-day duties related to the IT department and contribute to the company’s ambitious growth plans 
• Act as a first line of support to internal end-users;
  • Hardware and software support
  • Install and maintain IT equipment
  • Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems
  • Monitor ticketing system and prioritize tasks
  • Identify and propose changes to improve systems
  • Document procedures.

This role is ideal for candidates who have a diploma in IT, but need to gain work experience.
