IT Support Officer

Premier Restaurants Malta Ltd, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is looking to recruit an IT Support Officer to support the IT Department and restaurants in their daily operations.

The Position: 
Based in Malta and reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Officer will be responsible for managing the restaurant POS retail systems including the self-ordering kiosks. The role involves providing helpdesk support to restaurants and head office teams on matters related to hardware and software. The selected candidate will also be assisting the IT Department in any IT-related projects that may arise from time to time.

The Requirements: 

• The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Information Technology, and one year of experience in Cisco networking devices;
• Good knowledge of scripting and programming, in particular SQL and XML is essential;
• The ideal candidate will possess a valid driving licence and is ready to work out of office hours.
