We have some serious ambitious plans to grow our business and to be able to achieve them we are seeking to recruit an IT Support Associate, to join our specialized IT Team at our Corporate Office.
Job Role:
This role requires a person with the ability to work independently, be able to prioritise under pressure and work effectively in a team. S/he must have good written and verbal
communication skills and sound knowledge of the English Language. Teamwork, a positive mindset and the ability to multitask under pressure are important attributes we are

Key Accountabilities Include:
Support the IT strategy in order to help the company meet its goals and long-term vision
Provide first-level support to internal users via the helpdesk system: both local and remote
Monitor proactively IT assets
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across various platforms
Follow infrastructure and security best practices
Liaise with vendors and other 3rd parties
Educate our internal users on IT systems, IT policies and best practices
Provide out-of-office hours support through an on-call rotation system
Take ownership of tasks and projects assigned to you by the IT Manager.
Requirements:
In possession of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in the IT field
Have ideally a minimum of 1 years experience in IT Support
Professional working proficiency in the English language
Be eager to learn new technologies
Have an analytic mindset and be attentive to detail.
Bonus Skills/Certifications (these would be a plus to have):
Vendor certifications (e.g. A+, CCNA, ITIL)
Experience with Microsoft 365
Experience with Windows Servers
Experience with Virtualization
Experience with Linux.
