Our client is seeking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join its dynamic team to assist in the administration and supporting the company's software and hardware setup, projects and procedures. Your main responsibilities will be:
Installing, Configuring, Testing and Maintaining hardware and software
Providing 1st and 2nd line support internally on hardware and software issues
Performing IT infrastructural administrative tasks and providing basic troubleshooting
Diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assist with maintenance and upgrades
Delivering end-user IT training on hardware and software related tasks
Carry out inventory management in accordance with the company’s requirements
Working directly with 3rd party providers and the company’s global groups to ensure updates, patches and new products are tested and distributed appropriately to the field
