IT Administrator

Our client, an IT solutions provider, is on the lookout for an IT Support Specialist to join their growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing both external software and hardware support.
• Setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 products.
• Troubleshooting hardware such as PC's, printers, mobiles, etc.
• Providing application support.
• Escalating user queries, if and when needed.

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving licence.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware devices.
• Excellent command in English.
