ICT Operations Officer

Our client, who is the leader in medical support and consultancy services, is looking for an ICT Operations to be part of the exciting IT team who will be reporting to the Head of IT. 

Your Duties:

• Bring first-line IT Support is responsible for the timely preparation, support, management and discontinuation of employee access, software and hardware.
• Mapping out business processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and being proactive to propose improvements to management;
• Understand the goals of processes and projects in line with company objectives;
• Negotiate and conclude agreements with providers;
• Ensure that projects are concluded with the established budget;
• Keep a good relationship in terms of communication with the stakeholders;
• Ensure that products and projects are aligned with the compliance terms;
• Ensure the staff is trained in terms of product use;
• Any other related activity within the IT support.

Salary depends on one's exposure.

• Experienced in Microsoft Sharepoint and Office 365;
• Great interpersonal skills, with a perfect level of English;
• Easy learner and adaptable with common business processes and practices;
• Problem solving skills;
• Be able to manage different situations and activities;
• Keep the high standar of the ICT Systems and be competent to manage constant improvements and changes;
• 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• A plus to have experience in procuring IT equipment and providing remote support.

• Diploma in MQF Level 5 or equivalent in the field of ICT.
