Responsibilities:

  • Answering both business technical and billing calls and chats
  • Use your professional and friendly demeanor to resolve issues for Business clients
  • Actively listen to business customers to assess and resolve their technical issues
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure that any issues requiring support from other teams are correctly escalated and handled within acceptable timeframes.
  • Follow up with business customers as needed and in a timely and proactive manner

*Shifts are on a rotating basis and are for a maximum of 8hrs/day

Monday - Friday: 8AM - 8PM

Saturday: 8AM - 3PM

Sunday 8AM - 1PM

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluent in Maltese and English required
  • Basic understanding of networking principles
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Basic understanding of billing issues
  • Be able to work within a team
  • Be available to work on day and evening shifts (no overnight shifts)
  • This is an excellent role for IT savvy candidates who are just starting out
Education & Experience
  • MCAST EQF 4 or 5 would be ideal
