Application Support Specialist

Our client is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join their growing IT Support team with a strong technical background who is able to troubleshoot software applications and has excellent communication skills. Does that sound like you? If so, we look forward to hearing from you.

The Application Support Specialist will provide support to Internal clients using a ticketing system (Jira), diagnosing issues and providing an appropriate level of operational (user) and technical support.

Application Support Specialist with at least 1-year of commercial experience supporting a large number of users on bespoke applications should submit their CV for immediate review.

We are looking for experience of:

• SQL scripting and Server Reporting Services (SSRS);
• Knowledge of object-oriented and test-driven development concepts;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience with Therefore Document Management System;
• Working knowledge of Jira;
• Experience with Prince2 methodologies is a plus.
