Our client within the iGaming industry is on the lookout for a Service Strategy Executive to be a part of their team in Malta.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with the production and maintenance of a service portfolio and making sure that all the information is accurate;
Maintaining Group IT Technology Risk Register and organising regular reviews with key stakeholders;
Working closely with Business Owners and technology teams to develop and maintain business/service continuity plans for critical systems and services;
Planning and managing support for strategy management tools and processes vis-a-vis Service Delivery.
Identifying changes to the environment and technology trends that could potentially impact the type, level, or utilization of services provided;
Designing and compilating of Service Management metrics and reports;
Analysing, reviewing and reporting the operation and performance of the Service Delivery strategy within Group IT, making any necessary changes or adjustments to the IT strategic plans or the way they are implemented/operated.
Streamlining of internal processes and suggesting innovations to improve service delivery;
Formulating, documenting and maintaining the organization’s overall IT Service Delivery strategy.
