A new role as a Project Coordinator (Building Services) is now available, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the project management team with planning, scheduling, sequencing, site logistics, and construction management
Preparing, managing and updating planning programmes and schedules as required, using appropriate tools while tracking project milestones and deliverables, communicating as needed with the project team throughout
Ensuring full knowledge and understanding of the sequencing of work adopted in the programmes
Supporting the Senior Partner with the development and delivery of progress reports and any other reports requested, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Preparing explanatory drawings in Acad or other similar programmes/software
Measuring, quantifying and estimating works and production rates from drawings and records
Assisting the Project Management Team to put together monitoring schemes and updating them periodically as required;
Assisting the Project Management Team to prepare progress analysis reports on a periodic basis and as required
Assisting and being proactive in the preparation of case studies, alternative what-if scenarios and preparing related reports that may be required by the Project Management Team to demonstrate alternative courses of action that may be required to mitigate delays, identify problems and propose possible solutions;
Ensuring compliance with local, national and international health and safety and construction/industry regulations.
Supporting and following up on QA/QC project plans and associated communications documents for the different projects
