As our Program Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

  • Managing all program dimensions: including contracts, plans, financials, supply chain, and quality.
  • Interacting directly with the CID software and credentials team(s) to develop and deliver both solutions and credential based on the contractual obligations of the assigned program.
  • Defining the client and suppliers’ contracts with the support of legal and sales, analyzing legal risks and maximize back-to-back coverage.
  • Analyzing and mitigating risks on all program dimensions.
  • Managing and resolving issues arising in the program lifecycle.
  • Consolidating and maintaining synthetic reporting to support decision making.
  • Leading, participating in and supporting your organization in the preparation and execution of regular program status reviews meetings with the management team.
  • Delivering client service excellence: building a solid relationship with the clients by ensuring regular visits, demonstrate strong support to the client needs.
  • Managing customer expectations and relationships. This will assist and aid in the development of long-term relationships and additional project farming opportunities.
  • Developing expertise and continuous improvement: analyze issues and opportunities for improvement in the program management discipline.
  • Building a solid knowledge of the specific program management challenges for the Identity Solutions business.


What we will love about your background:

  • Direct experience of managing large programs and solid knowledge on end-to-end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
  • Excellent organization skills with experience of presenting to all levels of an organization and key stakeholders
  • A Team player who is proactive in their duties and a can find solutions to challenges presented to them
  • Thorough understanding in ISO standards as it relates to Passport and Card technologies
  • Working experience in change discipline, risk and issue management and good knowledge of a recognized PM method


Your Experience and Education include:         

  • An undergraduate college degree or equivalent, degree in Engineering is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in program management. Government-related eID or ePassport experience favorable
  • PMP Project management certification is required. Must be up to date and active
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Additional verbal and written languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic or other) is a plus
