Products Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Products Coordinator to join our Wines, Beer & Spirits Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the growth and success of our exceptional beverage portfolio. As a Products Coordinator, you will be the engine ensuring that our product range operates at full efficiency – managing stock, coordinating with suppliers and supporting commercial and promotional initiatives.

The selected candidate will be reporting directly to the Division Manager – Wines & Spirits and will be performing the following duties amongst others:

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Champion 

- Tracking and managing the entire product lifecycle. 

- Maintaining ERP accuracy, monitoring stock levels and flagging slow-moving items. 

Procurement & Planning Pro 

- Placing and managing purchase orders, aligning with forecasts, overseeing deliveries and handling pricing updates.

Supplier Liaison 

- Serving as the primary point of contact for global suppliers. 

- Organising visits, handling rebate tracking and providing timely forecasts. 

Marketing Support 

- Supporting visibility initiatives by coordinating promotional agreements and brand asset management. 

Regulatory & Reporting 

- Overseeing BCRS depletion reports, supplier reporting and A&P claims. 

Project Driver

- Taking a leading role in implementing ERP modules and participating in supplier meetings as required. 

Data Analysis 

- Extracting and analysing key insights using POWER BI tools to support strategic decision making.

Requirements:

- A passion for and strong understanding of wines, spirits, and beer – this role is tailor-made for category enthusiasts.

- Excellent coordination, planning and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management processes.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience in basic accounting or cost management will be considered as an asset.
