Our IT Department is hiring a Junior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business teams and IT.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand workflows
• Identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document requirements
• Design wireframes or prototypes
• Support project planning and testing
• Facilitate smooth communication across departments
• Gain hands-on experience with agile methods, business process analysis, and user-centered design
