Our client is looking for a Project Manager/ Coordinator to manage multiple IT projects who will be reporting directly to the Head of IT. Your responsibilities would be:
- Directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, and completing projects while ensuring consistency with the company’s strategy and goals
- Leading and planning the implementation of projects through the allocation, coordination and management of internal resources and clients
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to report and identify business needs, the costs and benefits of the implemented solution, and identifying and assessing potential solutions
- Map business processes, generate requirement documents and use cases, and conduct impact and change control analysis as appropriate
- Being a point of reference and providing experience throughout the whole process of the project
- Ensuring documentation, and communication with the respective teams
- Assisting in budget preparation
- Analyse risks and opportunities
- Coordinate with all relevant legal and risk resources that all appropriate legal paperwork and contracts are in line with the law
- To manage the Testing process with the assistance of the Business Analysts and Business Users
- Handing over project results, draw up final project report and follow-up on any open issues and document lessons learnt
