Head of Technology Solutions and Digital

A new role as a Head of Technology Solutions and Digital is now available. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Designing and owning a Marketing Technology roadmap for the Organization
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs
• Delivering tools that address marketing automation, CRM, CMS and digital analytics
• Providing guidance in  implementing technology tools that deliver measurable and effective results for marketing purposes and customer satisfaction
• Working through the project feasibility and prioritization processes in order to get projects scoped, scheduled and implemented;
• Managing and maintaining marketing tools as an ongoing concern
• Participating and taking an active role in assigned projects as needed;
• Developing, a team of professionals to fulfill the Marketing Technology Program and upskill where necessary.
