Responsibilities will include:

• Meet with clients and advise on the best solutions available.
• Implement and support ERP solutions across the current and new coming client base
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest future enhancement and best practices
• Perform regular tests on usability
• Map business requirements, processes, and objectives and develop the necessary changes to ERP
• Perform pre-sales, consultancy and user training as necessary
• Participate in release upgrades or new functionality assessments and make recommendations
