A vacancy has arisen for a ERP Business Analyst to work within the Distribution industry. The job will entail maintaining a close working relationship with the Group Financial Controller. Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Designing, implementing and monitoring business processes and policies in order to facilitate the collection and analysis of new or existing sources of data
Increasing the automation and efficiency of group data collection and processing through the ongoing identification of new tools, procedures, external services and software to support data validation and cleansing
Producing and tracking KPIs across various levels
Developing and supporting reporting processes, whilst monitoring and auditing data quality
Liaising with Senior Management to fully understand data content and identify useful indicators or analysis tools to guide commercial decisions and monitor performance
Gathering, understanding and documenting detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
Analysing and interpreting complex data sets relating to the group's business performance
Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
Preparing and delivering clear presentations and reports for senior management
Reporting accurately and clearly on activities being undertaken
Carrying out any other task which may be reasonably required in this position
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent Communication skills in English is a must
Candidates that possess International Business Experience preferred
Must be very analytical
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis, IT or similar
Knowledge of data analysis tools, ERP Systems, MS Dynamics Navision and Business Central is a must
Experience overseeing and managing business operations, including sales, business development, and marketing would be considered an asset
