E-learning Consultant

Job Description
Skillcast in Malta is looking to recruit an experienced E-learning Consultant, trainer, or learning designer to join their Consultancy team to build and customise e-learning courses for our corporate clients on a full-time basis. Skillcast is a fast-growing SaaS technology firm with offices in the City of London and Malta (Mriehel). We help companies to implement e-learning and digitise their compliance processes.

As an E-learning Consultant, you will:

• Develop e-learning courses for corporate clients;
• Customise off-the-shelf courses for clients;
• Manage development projects and ensure that they are completed successfully and to the client’s satisfaction;
• Suggest improvements and obtain feedback;
• Develop Skillcast’s in-house content;
• Assist with writing, quality reviews, and other e-learning development activities;
• Create innovative learning activities;
• Help other consultants to manage their projects.

Experience and Competencies:
The following competencies are essential for this role:

• Excellent spoken and written English;
• MS Office, especially Excel;
• Attention to detail.

Additional experience in any of the following would be a plus:

• Professional experience in business consultancy, project management, teaching, or digital design;
• Ability to work with Office 365 and other online apps;
• Experience with a content management system for designing online courses would be a plus;
• Online design, eg building simple HTML pages, and layouts, would be a plus.
