Business Analyst

Our established finance company is urgently recruiting a Business Analyst that is coming from a finance based background. You will be joining their strong IT team to provide valuable insights to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between stakeholders and the IT team to ensure efficiency across departments and products
• Ease pain points for stakeholders
• Compile documentation
• Utilize your excellent time management skills to prioritize essential projects
• Translate requirements into proposed high-level and/or detailed-level solution design documents.
• Review requirements and proposed solutions with business and tech stakeholders to maintain alignment between the business and tech strategies
• Work within defined budgets
• Roll out and implement various changes that you have proposed and codified
• Provide support to Project Managers and new products

• 2+ years as a business analyst
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience as a developer would be considered an asset
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Coming from Finance, banking, FinTech, Payments, or Cards is considered a must
• Scrum & Agile trained
• Must be able to relocate to Malta as in office presence is expected

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field or related experience
• Project Management certifications would be considered an asset
