Atlassian Administrator (Hybrid)

Are you an Atlassian Guru? Our reputable client is growing their team and is on the lookout to hire an Atlassian Administrator to be based in Malta.

Forming part of the IT team, your responsibilities include:

• Managing both Jira Project and Confluence Spaces.
• Leading, implementing and maintaining data within Spaces and Projects.
• Troubleshooting and filtering issues within Jira and Confluence.
• Managing the KPI dashboard by maintaining the labels and filters.
• Providing internal training and guidance on related Atlassian products.
• Assisting the team members with any queries and questions they might have related to Atlassian products.
• Improving the already existing processes and workflows.

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role with knowledge in Atlassian products.
• Excellent English skills, both communication and verbal.
• Customer oriented.
• Motivation and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
• Candidate must be open to relocate to Malta.

• Not a must have, but if you hold a certification related to Atlassian Products or a Degree or equivalent in IT, this will be considered an asset.
