Our Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Technical Support role to join their growing team in Malta.

Desired Skills:

Willing to work on shifts (Shifts are Day/Night/Rest-Off)
Proactive and self-motivator
Help customers on all platforms (Email, Chat / Call)
Meticulous and attentive to detail
Being able to Troubleshoot problem
Ability to resolve API problems.
Able to internally refer to Level 2 Support
Able to update the CRM System
Produce full handovers at the end of each shift
