Our IT consultancy client is urgently recruiting a Systems Engineer to join their growing ICT team. This role will focus on management and deployment of software specific to clients environments.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with their large international clients in regards to maintaining and troubleshooting software issues
Create and maintain documentation in regards to processes and procedures
Work within the IT team and communicate throughout different cross-sectional groups in the business
Manage various systems and interface with users as needed.
