Systems Engineer

A tech company is looking for a Systems Engineer to provide first and second-line support to end-users in a timely manner and escalate whenever necessary. Your main responsibilities would be to:

• Assist with technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.
• Design, implement, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies such as: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
• Implement system solutions for customers using technologies that meet their needs.
• Assist with networks such as WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• System documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations.
• Communicate with customers as required by keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and on agreed outages.
