IT Systems Support Engineer

A well-established company in Malta is seeking to employ an IT Systems Support Engineer to join their team. Selected candidate must be a highly competent individual with a can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, meticulous and hard working.

Responsibilities:

• The installation and configuration of various software, hardware, operating systems and data networking equipment;
• The provision of resolutions or recommendations for problems assigned in specific product areas;
• The documentation of implemented projects;
• Attending to non–routine calls within a predefined time frame related to server, storage, networking and operating systems.

• Supporting Windows Server Technologies as well as experience with MS 365 Cloud
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint and Windows Desktops
• Support Networking devices and security appliances
• Knowledge and experience in Storage Area Networks, Virtualization Technologies and Data Protection Software would be considered an asset
• Experience with Voice Technologies, Scripting Language and Microsoft Azure would be considered an asset

• University degree in ICT, Engineering or related field.
