Job Description:

  • Oversee daily IT operations to ensure systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
  • Provide hands-on assistance for hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based services.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, as well as VMware and backup solutions.
  • Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures and help maintain compliance with security standards.
  • Assist in developing IT policies and enhancing operational best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in IT infrastructure support
  • Solid expertise in Microsoft operating systems, services and products including Active Directory, Azure AD, Domain controllers, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange
  • Experience with VMware environments and backup technologies
  • Prioritize the implementation and maintenance of effective cybersecurity practices.
