A well-established company within the Health Care sector is seeking to employ an ICT Service Desk Support Officer to join their team. The selected candidate must be mature and can work on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
- Assist all users via different channels, such as phone, email, and software tools.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting desktop systems and applications.
- Provisioning of user access rights to data, IT and telephony services as per established procedures.
- Escalate unsolved technical issues according to the company's procedures.
- Providing excellent service to all users within the company in a professional and timely manner
- Taking ownership and resolving tickets opened on the IT ticketing system, and maintaining a healthy backlog.
- Meet SLA targets for assigned tasks.
