IT Analyst

One of Malta's largest Audit firms is looking to employ an IT Analyst to join their IT team. Selected candidates must be smart and can work on their own initiative, reliable with a can-do attitude. This is a Front-Line technical role where the employee will be responsible for various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting various systems and security requests,
• Working closely with Infrastructure, End User Services, Operations, and Security members
• Provide complete and timely resolutions to staff. 
• Provide complete end-to-end IT technical support services
• Be able to manage complex technology issues
• Participate in project activities related to new services or enhancements
• Have good experience supporting enterprise users with database driven application such as MySQL, MSSQL
