Installations Coordinator

Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Installations Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The chosen candidate will be part of an existing team of Engineers, Planners, and Coordinators working on outside plant projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for liaising with third parties and contractors to coordinate work required on Melita’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities: 

• Liaison with the Network Planning team on outside plant projects
• Coordination and distribution of works to contractors
• Quality control of works performed
• Liaison with customers, third parties, and public entities
• Update of GIS as-built information following completion of works.

• Have an ‘O’ Level standard of education as a minimum
• Possession of technical qualifications will be considered an asset
• Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Have a smart and pleasant disposition toward customers
• Demonstrate verbal and written competence in both English and Maltese
• Be conversant with Microsoft Office applications
• Be self-motivated to reach set targets with minimum supervision
• Possess a valid driving license
• Experience on FTTx networks or similar would be considered an asset.
