Group IT Administrator

A dynamic organisation with a diverse portfolio is looking to hire a Group IT Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support across various business units, including corporate offices, hospitality operations, and retail establishments.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and user devices.
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain data security measures and regular backup protocols.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across multiple systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and networking equipment.
• Conduct routine system updates and apply software patches to maintain a secure IT environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
• Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices
• Candidates must be based in Malta at the time of application

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• CCNA certification would be an asset
