Our client, a leading provider of IT Solutions, is looking to recruit a Finance System Implementation Specialist to join their team, to play a key role in the transformation of financial operations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial and operational requirements, mapping these to appropriate system solutions
• Oversee the configuration, customisation, and full implementation lifecycle of financial systems, ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Deliver user training and post-implementation support to facilitate smooth adoption and utilisation of the system
• Resolve technical or process-related issues during and after implementation
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client solutions.

• A good foundation in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with different stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker with a knack for solving complex business challenges.
• A genuine interest in technology and a passion for applying it to improve business performance
• Solid organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
