Tendering & Proposals Engineer

Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Tendering & Proposals Engineer to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Our client specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of ELV systems for an array of customers throughout Malta. Due to continued expansion, a Tendering & Proposals Engineer is now required to coordinate bid preparation and execute design and admin requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve (and maximize) the company’s planned profit targets, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction by designing cost-effective solutions whilst meeting budget restrictions
• Propose technically viable and enticing solutions to meet or exceed technical requirements
• Preparing necessary paperwork for the compilation of comprehensive bids and tenders and communications with clients and suppliers
• Occasionally chair technical and commercial meetings with public contracting authorities, consulting engineers, and client representatives
• Undertake negotiations to conclude work contracts and secure projects.

Requirements:

• Possess an Electrical Engineering Degree (or similar)
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an engineering environment.

*Our client is particularly keen to consider Warranted Electrical Engineers or those with experience in fire and security systems. This role offers the opportunity to take on a client-facing position with a well-known organization.
