Our client specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of ELV systems for an array of customers throughout Malta. Due to continued expansion, a Tendering & Proposals Engineer is now required to coordinate bid preparation and execute design and admin requirements.
Responsibilities:
Achieve (and maximise) the company’s planned profit targets, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction by designing cost-effective solutions whilst meeting budget restrictions
Propose technically viable and enticing solutions to meet or exceed technical requirements
Preparing necessary paperwork for the compilation of comprehensive bids and tenders and communications with clients and suppliers.
Occasionally chair technical and commercial meetings with public contracting authorities, consulting engineers, and client representatives
Undertake negotiations in order to conclude work contracts and secure projects.
Applicants will:
Possess an Electrical Engineering Degree (or similar)
Possess a minimum of 1-year experience working in an engineering environment
Our client is particularly keen to consider Warranted Electrical Engineers or those with experience in fire and security systems. This role offers the opportunity to take on a client-facing position with a well-known organisation.
