Quantity Surveyor / Project Coordinator (Construction / Property Development)

Within this job as a Quantity Surveyor / Project Coordinator you will be leading Property Development Projects while being responsible for managing the contractual and financial side of things, tracking the progress and liaising directly with senior management.  Main responsibilities will be:

• Select and Source different construction material
• Price and Forecast the cost of the different materials
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documentation
• Provide design layouts and technical drawings
• Ensure design specifications are met and amended when needed
• Liaise with all stakeholders - service providers, sub contractors, project managers, site managers, site engineers
• Ensure compliance with H&S at all times
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Prepare progress reports
