Warehouse Team Leader

Job Description
Vivendo Group in Malta is looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Vivendo Group includes Malta’s leading furniture brands - KREA, POLTRONESOFA, VIVENDO B2B, and TECHNOGYM, offering integral furniture solutions for residential and workspace environments. 

*Due to very challenging times, work permits are not being issued to third-country nationals, therefore, candidates applying MUST have a valid work permit.

Job Role:
This is a leadership role encompassing ownership of the day-to-day operation of the Warehouse, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Efficiency and exceptional service delivery to customers both internal and external are the key operational requirement for this role, along with the need for excellent people management skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for warehouse upkeep and productivity and therefore required to execute the daily work plan. The selected candidate will also be required to ensure adherence to stock management systems and to health and safety policies and procedures.  

Applicants should: 

• Have experience in leading a team in a productivity-based environment. 
• Have exceptional people management and communication skills.  
• Be a team player with a positive attitude towards work. 
• Have knowledge and experience of health and safety. 
• Be proactive with an aptitude for problem-solving and continuous improvement. 
• Have good PC skills, particularly Microsoft office. 
• Be fluent in Maltese and English. 
• Be energetic, organised, and willing to make a difference.
