Warehouse & Documentation Officer

An opportunity has arisen for interested candidates to join Carmelo Caruana Company Limited in Malta as Warehouse & Documentation Officer on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 
Based in Malta and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will oversee part of the warehousing operations of the Company, raising and processing required documentation on time and in accordance with the standard procedures as stipulated in the Company’s manual. The Warehouse & Documentation Officer will also be handling customs entries and customs documentation in relation to operations of the business.

The Requirements: 
The prospective employee must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar job handling customs entries, freight and logistics. Due to the nature of the job, applicants must be in possession of valid and clean driving. The chosen candidate must have good negotiation and time-management skills and be fluent in both spoken and written English and Maltese.
