Warehouse Administrator

Nature Line Ltd is looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The chosen individuals will play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stores including organization, stocktaking, and checking incoming and outgoing consignments. Candidates should be good team leaders, with a good understanding of practical and reasonable thinking and quick decision-makers with a drive to work hard. in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse 
• Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines 
• Ensuring that warehouse staff members are following company policies and procedures for inventory control and packaging, including safety measures such as wearing protective gear 
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping cleaning schedules and in-house pest control up to date
• Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly 
• Constantly work to improve processes and organise warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times 
• Coordinating with other staff members to develop storage and retrieval systems that maximize space efficiency and security of materials 
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensuring all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy 
• Ability to be resilient, assertive, optimistic and open to change 
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality. 

Requirements: 

• Must be residing in Malta 
• Have a positive attitude in the face of changing priorities 
• Have a friendly communication style with your team  
• The drive to work hard in a fast-paced environment 
• Fluent knowledge of English and/or Maltese language 
• Previous experience in warehousing/storekeeping would be considered an asset.
