Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) is looking to recruit a Supply Service Specialist III to join its team on a full-time basis.

Job role:
Forming part of the Customer Service Department and reporting to the Sr Mgr Supply Service, the position is on an a full-time indefinite period and is based in Bulebel.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the company order book is kept up to date and that order related information is available to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the artwork cycle and the creation, maintenance and distribution of process and product related documentation (including packaging bill of materials, packaging documentation and packaging material specification)
  • Collecting, managing and analysing data related to the above activities
  • Liaising with both internal and external customers as required.

Requirements:
  • Preferably hold a Diploma / Advanced level of education
  • Have experience in customer service related areas; experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an asset
  • Have an eye for detail and be able to work on own initiative and under pressure in a complex and changing environment
  • Be able to deliver accurate work in a consistent manner
  • Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft applications (particularly Excel). Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite and AutoCAD will be considered an asset.
