A new Stores and Deliveries Coordinator role is currently available with one of Malta’s major players in the Safety & Security sector.

The individual is expected to:

  • Report to the General Manager and Finance Executive;
  • Prepare the day-to-day equipment required by the technical team;
  • To be the first line of contact for local suppliers;
  • Assist the General Manager with foreign orders;
  • Receive delivery of all incoming inventory;
  • Control stock levels and liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain adequate stock levels;
  • Track, documenting and resolve any discrepancies on orders received; 
  • Transport goods from the stores to clients and the technical team; 
  • Maintain stock in the fleet used by the technical team;
  • Maintain the warehouse and production area; 
  • Recommend procedures and processes to improve efficiency.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Possess good organizational and planning skills;
  • Demonstrate good communication skills in both English and Maltese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience
  • Experience in the industry is a must;
  • Demonstrate good communication skills in both English and Maltese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
