Storekeeper / Delivery Person

Job Description
deVere Group in Malta is looking to recruit a Storekeeper/Delivery Person to join their team on a part-time indefinite basis with the potential to switch to full-time in January 2022. The deVere Group of Companies was established in 2002 and today boasts to be the world’s leading, multiple award-winning financial advisory firm.  We continue to grow and reach new heights, and are currently seeking to increase our crew at deVere & Partners Holdings Ltd, Malta.

Job Role: 
In this position, you will play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, receiving and managing inventory, and responsible for the collections or deliveries of small, medium, and large packages as required.
 
The candidate will be responsible for:

• Organize and supervise storage;
• Drop-offs and collections of confidential documents, small packages, as well as heavy objects;
• Ensure adequate packaging is used for all items that are to be transported to and from the office premises;
• Check order forms/invoices against delivery of goods and report damages or delivery discrepancies to suppliers as well as the Company;
• Coordinate with suppliers on dates and times of deliveries of goods at the offices.

 
The chosen candidate will need to have:

• A clean driver's license (Categories B and C);
• 3 years + driving experience;
• A smart appearance;
• Clean police conduct;
• Ability to speak, read and write in both English and Maltese;
• Ability to prioritise workload and deliver within deadlines.
