Our client, a leading company within the food manufacturing industry is seeking to recruit a Cold Store Storekeeper to ensure proper operations within the cold stores, by maintaining appropriate stock records, monitoring, and supervising movement of goods and ensuring control of stock.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• To ensure proper receiving of finished products received from production
• To monitor, supervise and ensure issuing of products to authorised personnel
• To ensure proper records of products received and issued
• To ensure control of stock, stock movements and responsibility of stores
• To ensure proper control and recording of finished products returned by distributors as damages or returns
• To carry out stock checks, monitor stock discrepancies and stock levels
• To report any stock discrepancies and problematic transactions
• To operate according to established company procedures
• To assist in planning of and attainment of departmental objectives
• To assist improvement in departmental processes
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday on 3 shift basis (Flexible)
06.00hrs till 16.00hrs
18.30hrs till 02.00hrs
01.30hrs till 08.30hrs
