Shipping and Procurement Clerk

A new job opportunity as a Shipping and Procurement Clerk is now available within the industrial equipment industry. Your main job responsibilities will include:

• Preparing incoming shipment documentation and costings related to shipments of goods
• Monitoring stock levels, preparing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers and freight-forwarders to ensure timely delivery of stock
• Booking of consignments with freight-forwarders and handling insurance claims when necessary
• Monitoring incoming goods to ensure the correct receipt of goods in accordance with purchase orders
• Liaising with the company’s sales team and conducting daily sales analysis 
• Other ad hoc administrative and office duties that may be required
