BHD Ltd in Malta is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help keep the running with their own skill as well as leadership of a team of driven sales representatives of their Furniture showroom.
Competencies:
Carry out or supervise loading and unloading of goods
Carry out after-sales service (exchange, return goods to suppliers, refund, repairs, and damages)
Check import declarations documents and confirm the consignment
Determine workplaces, locations, and time of deliveries to costumers
Check the delivery of goods. Check products. Organize and supervise storage
Find compatible suppliers and negotiate prices
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements and skills:
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and marketing expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
BHD Ltd: Import, retail, and wholesale all types of furniture and furnishings with the aim of reselling and providing maintenance, installation, and similar services in relation to the furniture of any type and any size as may be within the discretion of the Directors to fall within the expertise available to the Company.
