Our client is seeking to recruit a Purchasing Support Clerk to join the team

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible to assist the Purchasing Manager to ensure that the company has a constant supply of materials and products.
  • To assist in the accounts department inputting
  • You will also be a backup in the reception area to greet clients and answer telephone calls.

 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Proven work experience in a similar job
  • Good organizational skills and efficiency
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Negotiation and networking
  • Basic knowledge of accounts would be an advantage
  • Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Italian and English, Maltese would also be preferred
  • Currently living in Malta
