Industrial Shipping Supplies Vega Marine Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Purchasing & Logistic Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The chosen candidate will be focused on spare parts and needs to have excellent knowledge of the English Language.
Responsibilities:
- Create sales quotations and send them to customers
- Register customer sales orders
- Once a sales order is registered, send the purchase order to the supplier
- Monitoring purchase order lead times
- Once purchase order is ready for collection, contact the customer shipping company to organize for the collection
- Register supplier invoice
- Register and send Vega Marine invoice to customer.
