Our client a well known and established company here in Malta is seeking a Purchasing / Admin Clerk to join their team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the company has a constant supply of materials and equipment.
  • Assist in the accounts department inputting and be a backup in the reception area to greet clients and answer telephone calls

    Requirements
  • Proven work experience in a similar job
  • Good organizational skills and efficiency
  • Good eye for detail
  • Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Maltese, Italian and English.
  • Currently living in Malta

    Desirable
  • Familiarity with sourcing
  • Good  for negotiation and networking
  • Able to work within a team
