Our client a well known and established company here in Malta is seeking a Purchasing / Admin Clerk to join their team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
To ensure that the company has a constant supply of materials and equipment.
Assist in the accounts department inputting and be a backup in the reception area to greet clients and answer telephone calls
Requirements
Proven work experience in a similar job
Good organizational skills and efficiency
Good eye for detail
Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
