Project Executive (Logistics)

Our client, a well established Logistics Company, is looking for a Projects Executive to join their growing team. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Maintain regular communication with key clients to understand their daily and weekly shipping requirements.
• Provide accurate and relevant advice to both prospective and existing customers regarding tailored solutions.
• Create and present quotes and contractual agreements.
• Offer ongoing operational support.
• Document and report all activities and developments.
• Conduct client visits and deliver professional presentations to potential and current customers.
• Generate sales by building and nurturing relationships with new prospects and existing clients.
• Ensure all operations comply with established timelines and contractual obligations.
• Oversee the efficient and accurate execution of services provided by trucking companies, international agents, and other partners.
• Take a proactive stance in addressing both sales and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics locally is a must
• Clean driving license
• Willing to work extra hours as required from time to time
• Able to work on own initiative with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Excellent level of English
