The Procurement Services Officer focuses on the operational execution of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies, process efficiency, and smooth transactional workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and execute day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding and supplier/ purchase documentation (ex. Statement of works, order forms, contracts, etc.)
  • Ensure procurement operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation of procurement transactions
  • Assist in resolving operational issues related to procurement, payments, or supplier disputes
  • Monitor procurement data and generate reports to track performance, compliance, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline procurement workflows and improve service delivery
  • Supporting Procurement’s digitalisation project
  • Support budget-related issues when required to facilitate Procurement Services
  • Supporting Procurement Sourcing projects
  • Supporting overall Procurement Business Process adoption, providing training and education sessions as required
  • Creation and maintenance of Procurement training material
  • Supporting the operational performance of the eProcurement platform
  • Any other tasks / Projects assigned by the reporting line.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Higher education in Business, Procurement, or a related field
  • Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management Operations is a plus but not a must
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Reporting and Analytical Skills
  • Team player.
