 Salary: €14.60/hour (= €2,525.80/month + €200 functional allowance)

We are looking for a dedicated Problem-Solving Specialist to join our Logistics Department, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovative solutions. This position requires a proactive individual with a keen analytical mindset and a passion for optimising logistics processes.

- Identify and analyse logistical challenges, proposing effective solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.

- Monitor and evaluate logistics performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.

- Facilitate root cause analysis for recurring issues, ensuring sustainable resolutions are established.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to logistics processes and problem-solving methodologies.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

-Education in freight forwarding, logistics services, or equivalent experience

-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

-Basic English communication skills

-Strong social and communication abilities

-A reliable, organized, and systematic approach to work

-Willingness to work in shifts
